Waste to Energy

(RDF)

Ezdehar has created a specialized department called “Waste to Energy” to make better use of the huge quantities of non-recyclable waste instead of sending them to the landfills with the aim of creating a “zero waste” Egyptian society for a better future. The “Waste to Energy” department is now responsible for collecting the non-recyclable waste all over the main six regions that waste generated from Cairo and Giza, Egypt. These types of waste shall be used as a raw material of Refused Driven Fuel (RDF).

Storage & Transportation

All municipal waste collected by prosperity will be sorted by our well trained laborers and loaders using automatic segregators machines   to exclude (medical, organic, steel, stone, glass) waste.

Adding waste materials that have high calorific values (plastic, paper, textile, etc.) will be loaded to be transported to RDF plants by prosperity trucks.

Quality Control

Random samples are taken monthly from our storage areas to be tested by the National Researches Institute in Egypt to ensure the quality of the RDF stored.
